Rwanda Information Society Authority “RISA” is a government institution mandated to champion Rwanda’s Digital Transformation through egovernment services, ICT in education, ICT in rural areas and ICT everyday in socio-economic transformation.
The mandate of RISA & MINICT in the competition is the coordination of communication activities with universities and other national focal points as well as coordination of the logistical aspects of the competition.
